Classis Pacific Northwest (PNW) is a collective community of Christian Reformed Churches located in Western Washington and Alaska. This community collaborates in various regional ministries and supports one another in their mission to cultivate and sustain strong, dynamic local congregations. 

Mission & Vision

Classis PNW is dedicated to fostering a unified network of churches that share resources, knowledge, and support to enhance their individual and collective ministries. The primary goal is to build and maintain robust and vibrant local churches that can effectively serve their congregations and communities. 

Support & Encouragement

Classis PNW emphasizes the importance of mutual encouragement and support among its member churches. This includes:

• Regular Meetings and Conferences: Opportunities for church leaders and members to come together, share experiences, and discuss challenges and successes.
• Resource Sharing: Access to shared resources, such as training materials, financial support, and expertise in various areas of ministry.
• Collaborative Projects: Joint efforts to address larger regional issues or undertake significant projects that a single church might not be able to manage alone.

At the heart of Classis PNW's mission is the commitment to building and maintaining strong, vibrant churches. This involves:

• Leadership Development: Training and supporting church leaders to be effective in their roles.
• Congregational Health: Ensuring that each church is healthy and capable of fulfilling its mission, with attention to spiritual, organizational, and financial well-being.
